The palliative and end of life care landscape, and the wider health and care system, is complex. It's full of kind, committed people and organisations, but the dots are often not joined up in a way that people and communities can clearly experience.
I help you connect those dots, turning insight, relationships and local reality into a practical roadmap. The aim is for commissioners, partners and whole communities to understand the difference you make, and for your services to be on a stronger, more sustainable footing. I work with organisations supporting adults, children and young people.

Initial conversation

Setting the Foundations
Short-term support, typically 4 weeks
Ideal for leadership teams or partners at an early stage who need to agree direction before committing to a larger piece of work. This could be exploring strategic priorities, preparing for commissioning conversations, or testing a potential partnership.
I facilitate focused sessions to build a shared understanding of your challenges and opportunities, and agree what matters most.
You receive a short summary of agreed priorities, direction and recommended next steps.
Local Landscape Mapping
Discovery and roadmap, typically 8-10 weeks
Ideal for organisations or partnerships that need an objective, evidence-based picture of local need and provision, whether to inform planning or support commissioning conversations.
I combine analysis of local data, a review of existing services and pathways against national frameworks and guidance, and insight from staff, partners and communities about what's working and where the gaps are.
You receive an independent report and roadmap setting out clear priorities and opportunities to inform your next steps.
Multi-month Deep Dive
Strategic development, typically 4-6 months or more
Ideal for organisations or partnerships ready to develop a full strategy and turn it into action. This could mean redesigning services, building a sustained case for investment, or putting a new collaboration into practice.
We start with comprehensive mapping and a detailed roadmap. I then gather the evidence and insight, and provide the challenge, to inform your strategy and strengthen your community development work. Together, we build a clear delivery plan with milestones, responsibilities and outputs, and I support you as you put it into practice.
You receive an evidence base and recommendations to shape your strategy, a practical delivery plan, and ongoing support with regular progress reviews.
